Every Sunday, we see the extraordinary in what seems ordinary. Fifty diverse people coming together as one around God’s table. For over 80 years, Trinity has been home to a congregation that spans generations, experiences, and ideologies. Yet through our differences, we find common ground in God’s grace and our mission To Reflect the Radical Love of Christ.
Amongst a troubled world and nation, we are reminded that our small church continues to be a unique voice in our community. We have been called “the little church that does big things” and more recently, “that wacky church that will take anybody.” Starting from our foundational truth that God loves us all – no exceptions – we seek inclusion and equity and provide a sanctuary where all are welcome and accepted just as they are.
The work we do and the gifts we share are an investment. They are a financial investment in ourselves and our church so that we may continue to serve each other while growing to serve others. As we further our mission, our responsibility grows as well. To ensure we can sustain and grow our programs, maintain our building, and support our staff, we have a responsibility to help meet the financial needs of our church.
Our 2025 stewardship goals are $260,000 and 45 households pledging. Will you invest in Trinity and make a pledge today? We realize that the current economy may prevent some from making or increasing a pledge. If you are able, we humbly ask that you consider increasing your pledge to cover those who cannot do the same. We have included suggested increases on the back of this letter.
Whether a new member or one who has attended for decades, now is a good time to reflect on what Trinity means to you, its impact on your spiritual journey, and how fortunate we all are to be part of this wacky little church that accepts anybody.
